How To Apply Lashes?

1. First, figure out where the eyelash is going to go on your eyelid.
2. Trim the eyelash in length and width to fit your eye size (only if necessary).
3. Apply a thin line of glue along the eyelash and let it dry for ½ minutes.
4. Press the eyelash down for a few seconds on the outside of your eye.

How to Remove Lashes?

1. Hold the warm face cloth or cotton pad over your eyes 2/3 minutes to soften the glue
2. Gently peel off the lash strip starting at the outer corner
3. Wash the eyelashes with lukewarm water to remove excess adhesive from lash band
4. Place the eyelash back onto tray for re-use

Shipping and processing?

Shipping & processing takes 5-7 business days which are Monday-Friday (weekends & holidays are not considered business days). Orders are shipped out each week on Tuesdays & Thursdays. After packages go out you will receive tracking information via email, please make sure the email you provide during the checkout process is valid. All information and updates about your package and shipping will be handled through the email you provide during checkout. 

How many times can you re-use the lashes?

Suggested use 20-25 wears

Refund Policy 

All  sales are final. We do not do refunds or exchanges. Once your order is submitted, there is no refund or exchange unless there is a shipping delay on our end meaning if it has been 10 days NOT including weekends and your order has not been shipped out. Please make sure your address and the correct products have been selected before check out
